Her relentless commitment shines brightest in her stewardship of the THRIVE women’s ministry, where she wholeheartedly devotes herself to cultivating the spiritual growth and empowerment of the women entrusted to her care.

Driven by a profound calling to (S.E.E.) support, encourage, and empower women from all walks of life, Lady Nicole Sears utilizes her unique gifts and experiences to help others discover and fulfill their God-given purpose. Through her visionary leadership, she cultivates an atmosphere of sisterhood and empowerment, where women are encouraged to embrace their inherent worth and potential. Drawing upon her background in social work, Lady Nicole Sears founded Broken Crayons Still Color, a transformative initiative aimed at reminding women that their resilience and strength can shine through even in the face of life’s most daunting challenges. With compassion and empathy, she guides women on a journey of healing and restoration, inspiring them to rise above their circumstances and make a lasting impact on the world around them.

Lady Nicole Sears is not only a devoted servant of God but also a lifelong learner committed to personal and professional growth. Having earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Union University, she is pursuing certifications in grief and trauma counseling, further equipping herself to provide compassionate care and support to those in need.
